Intego Clinical made its mark at the highly anticipated 2023 PharmaSUG conference, showcasing its expertise in unlocking the power of clinical data. PharmaSUG is an annual event that brings together statistical programmers, statisticians, data managers, researchers, and other professionals in the life sciences industry. This year’s conference, held from May 14th to 17th at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square, focused on the theme “Putting Digitalization to Work,” and had over 800 people in attendance.

Intego Clinical’s work was further recognized at the conference when Kostiantyn Drach’s presentation “Exploring the spread of COVID-19 in the United States using unsupervised graph-based machine learning” won Best Paper in the Real World Evidence and Big Data stream. This prestigious accolade reflects their dedication to pushing the boundaries of clinical data science and leveraging it to drive our industry forward.
Our booth brought a touch of excitement to the event by distributing yo-yos as part of our SWAG. It was a fun way for us to engage with visitors and by the end of the conference, all the yo-yos had found some new owners. The yo-yo’s added an element of fun and camaraderie to the experience.
Moreover, in honor of Vyshyvanka Day in Ukraine, which coincided with May 18th, the women from Intego Clinical attended the conference in traditional attire. Vyshyvanka Day is an international holiday that celebrates the Ukrainian folk traditions of creating and wearing vyshyvankas, ethnic embroidered clothes.
