Senior Clinical Data Manager
With its Branch office in Poland, Intego Group’s Biometric Department is expanding clinical data management practice. We’re looking for bright individuals to join our growing team in the Poland office. You will be responsible for all aspects of clinical database review, cleaning, reporting, participating in database design and implementation as well as client communication and team oversight. As a Senior Clinical Data Manager, you will establish and maintain policies and procedures for gathering, analyzing, and reporting clinical trial data.
Job responsibilities:
- Develop and help design our R-based frameworks to compute advanced graphs, tables, and listings
- Extend and R Shiny-based modular framework for interactive and reproducible exploration of clinical trials data
- Work closely with the subject matter experts to meet stakeholder needs
- Help define our development & automation workflow
General requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics
- Good knowledge of R ecosystem, advanced knowledge of Shiny, strong debugging skills
- 3+ years of professional software development
- Experience with web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and D3
- Background in statistical analysis of data such as survival analysis, generalized linear models, ANCOVA
- Experience with open-source projects
- Experience working in Agile teams
