Tibco Spotfire BI Developer

General Requirements:

• BI/Data Engineer with at least 3 years of Spotfire development experience that includes reports creation in BI tools, Data Warehouse construction, and ETL processes development
• Proven applied experience in BI area, Data and Business Analysis
• Ability to optimize dashboards with massive data volumes
• Experience in Data Visualization (Spotfire, MS Power BI)
• Experience in Data Integration (T-SQL, MS SSIS, Azure Data Factory, PL/SQL)
• Extensive experience in Database Development
• Strong SQL skills on large scale databases
• Ability to understand data models
• Writing technical specifications and design documents
• Ability to massage data to make it accessible to Spotfire, and do source-system analysis and write queries to create input tables for Spotfire
• Required tools and technologies: TIBCO Spotfire, IronPython, HTML, CSS, Oracle Database, Microsoft Azure
• Experience in a life science industry is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Interactive dashboards/reports creation in Spotfire (using IronPython, HTML, CSS) to cover business needs of the enterprise
• Creating dynamic spotfire dashboards, information links and data source handling
• Developing dashboards using Custom expression, IronPython, JavaScript, Data function, Property control, Data limiting, etc.
