10 Ways Our Engagement Managers Benefit Your Experience

Engagement Managers are provided to each client as a means to ensure all things get up and running and working well.

Below is a list of things the Engagement Manager gets involved in and some examples of when to engage them.

Rolls of the Engagement Manager:

1. To build strong relationships with our partners.
2. Getting the right software installed during onboarding
3. Assistance in setting up VPN connectivity, source control access, bug tracking and deployment systems.
4. Heavily involved in the software development processes in the first 6 months of new partnerships
5. Reporting, time management and account administration
6. If communication between both parties needs to improve the EM steps in
7. Resource planning and personnel allocation. It is beneficial if clients provide this information as the EM has deep knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of each engineer.
8. Implementation of customer’s processes and procedures regarding project management and communications
9. Managing the interviewing process when our partners add resources to their teams
10. Involved in client site visits scheduling and agenda
