Offshore Developers Meet After Hours to Develop Innovative Ideas for Client

Prior to a future visit with a client, the Intego Group management team organized CodeFest to develop innovative ideas that could be presented as a corporate gesture to the client, by their Ukrainian offshore developers.  The event was a great success and handled during non-working hours.  

While this is the first CodeFest that has been organized by our company, this isn’t the first time a team has surprised a client with unexpected innovation. 

Last year, a team hired by our travel and hospitality client, recognized an opportunity to improve both team performance and pre-existing code quality while tracking productivity and workloads.  The U.S. based client discovered this process during a visit to Ukraine as they watched a presentation the team had put together.  The process was so well liked, they flew their Team Lead to the U.S. to assist in implementing it across the board to all development teams in the company.  It has been a great success.
